This is stomping ground of both the new and the old Shogunate. More aptly put in comparison to the neighbor shinobi nations this place is equal to a kage's office in both status as well as function. However it stands as a pillar of politcal influence within the Land of Iron since both the job of Shogun and Daimyo have been merged into a single job. The building itself rest nestled in the center most mount that Land of Iron is so openly known for. The Shogun's office has a single massive double sided mirror looking out over the nation and while the Shogun is capable of seeing out no prying eyes are capable of looking in. The inside of the office however is very simple in design containing a throne made from a single mass of iron. However what makes the Shogun's chamber unique is the fact that the throne in question is adorned with the armor of the fallen as well as beast slain while traversing Land of Iron's wilderness.

Unlike the shinobi of the realm even during times of crisis and war the Land of Iron stood strong. The machinations of a leader never needed to be conducted in the shadows in the eyes of Norio even demons had to dance in the light. While he was away at the summit to handle the threat of Madoguchi he left his intentions with his people. They moved to expand the nation’s borders one step at a time one signed document after another. He knew there was never a need to threaten the people of neighboring countries or even run their leaders through. A man with an iron will and means to progress his nation much further than simply seeking soldiers for war was in charge. While the world cobbled together it’s ill intentions and best laid plans Norio consistently focused on the foundation of his people. If there was ever one thing that was clear in the years long since passed it was that the Land of Iron’s need to protect its own personal endeavors was far more important than any conflict the five great nations bothered to squabble with each other over. This meant with the absence of a looming threat like Madoguchi the fruits of the world were ripe for the taking. Norio’ she hears were already turning even at the since past summit. In the grand scheme of things he had done nothing more than expanded the reach of the Land of Iron by encroaching on smaller nations. He offered protection from greater threats such as the five great nations through emissaries and furthering diplomatic ties. In the 24 hours that Norio was away he had already had these things in motion allowing his return to be nothing more than stepping into empty shoes and fitting them perfectly. All in all the man the people of the Land of Iron had come to know as their leader would inevitably live up to what many expected.

In passing even things within the land's new borders had changed; a man in Norio’s position would typically be overwhelmed from such a shift in power. His borders now extend to the reaches of three nearby nations all of which simply bettered his own nation. Actions like these done in such an abrupt manner would almost be considered hostile. Hostile was likely the first thing that came to mind for many but there was no bloodshed, no inner turmoil, simply put the Land of Iron had done nothing more than drop the hatchet and let it fall where it may through the use of their Dogs of War. Norio stood in his office once again staring out over his people with his weapon nestled between his grasp as if using it as a cane. He was young and this was nothing more than him using it as a walking stick for display. The blade was a living breathing entity but many thought that to be rumor but even as he stared over his nation it beckoned for more. The sudden absence of an egregiously strong foe in a world where shinobi reigned supreme. He chuckled at its call and spoke under his breath “soon little one, very soon..” as even he knew that with Madoguchi nowhere in sight there was bound to be a collapse in the world's social structure and the blurred lines that followed was a sight to behold. The soft clack of heeled boots echoed throughout his office one could only wonder what the body accompanying those footsteps might bring and it was none other than Norio’s assistant.

A dark haired woman with a demeanor not too dissimilar to Norio’s own calculated and serious when the time called for it but most importantly understanding. She looked at the man the nation declared shogun and held a soft smile as she knew very well the wheels in his head were turning. While they were away at the summit things had effectively gone according to plan as she was the one responsible for bringing these smaller nations under the umbrella of the Land of Iron. Her voice called out to him with an almost eager tone.

“Lord Norio, now that things are in order and the other nations have begun clambering for supremacy amongst one another. What should we do?”

She stood there with her hand stuffed in the pockets of her coat as she mused over the young shogunate. She knew very well the options he had whether that was going on the offensive or simply staying by the wayside and letting the world superpowers bicker between one another. In exchange of this understanding however she knew just the kind of man he was in regards to politics. In passing Norio glanced over his left shoulder with a smirk and spoke in his usual deep tone.

“I think it’s time we set the tone… let’s hunt down the very thing that gives a sense of power; starting with their precious tailed beast.” As this was said an inaudible wail escaped the weapon Norio held within his grasp. The blade hungered for something far more than a human's chakra. While the blade fed on its wielder while in exchange for a seemingly unworldly well of strength it knew the enticing prospect of consuming the essence of a tailed beast. Although the wail was inaudible to those not wielding the weapon the young shogunate heard it’s cry and tapped the bottom of its sheath on the floor as if to say ‘here here’. His assistant nodded and with that turned about face and headed towards the exit of the shogunate chamber awaiting his departure. The two of them had a lot of work ahead of them if this plan was going to work .
