Primarily perceived as the region which houses shinobi of the Hidden Mist Village — largely seen as the metropolitan area of the Land of Water. A region which is the furthest West to the Daimyo’s Region. The sector boasts most businesses and is always busy. It is relatively known as the sector which never sleeps — as there is always people loitering the streets of this sector. Known for its high rising buildings such as Skyscrapers and towers, the regions growth is subsequently measured by the change of time. The Technological Era as brought on a relatively fast change within the region. There is no surprise that when people mention the Land of Water the first thing that comes to mind is “The Village Hidden within Mist”. As for years the ancestries played an important role in the Hidden Mist village having a fear factor amongst all the Five Great Nations even though it’s the smallest. Economically this sector sees various marketplaces as well transportation systems which carry you across the Land of Water such as Railways and Train station. This region is also known as the Mizukage Sector — mainly because the Mizukage is seen as the leader of this specific sector.
The hidden village of the Land of Water. As the village of one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Kiri has a Kage as its leader known as the Mizukage, of which there have been six in its history. Befitting its name, the village is surrounded by a thick mist, with several mountains in the background, making it difficult to find by foreigners. Kirigakure's architecture is composed of several cylindrical buildings, with the Mizukage's office being the widest and largest. Most of the buildings have vegetation growing on their roofs. The standard attire for Kiri shinobi revolves around a pinstriped material which the shinobi wear as bracers and greaves which merge into their sandals. Underneath this, they wear a full-black shirt and pants over which they wear the villages' standard grey flak jacket. Some also wear waist-guards. Many Kiri ninja use Water Release techniques. Due to the village's high number of missing-nin, Kiri has a subdivision of Anbu known as hunter-nin that are specifically tasked with eliminating these defectors.
